抑酸剂联合中药治疗反流性食管炎临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察抑酸剂联合中药治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的72例反流性食管炎患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组36例。对照组患者采用雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用药旋覆代赭汤治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后两组患者症状积分显著低于治疗前，且观察组各症状积分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后总有效率为88.89%，显著高于对照组的75.00%（P<0.05）；观察组复发率为2.78%，显著低于对照组的16.67%（P<0.05）。结论 采用抑酸剂联合中药治疗反流性食管炎临床效果显著，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of acid inhibitors combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on reflux esophagitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of acid inhibitors combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on reflux esophagitis. Methods Seventy-two cases of reflux esophagitis patients admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rabeprazole combined with mosapride, while the observation group accepted Xuanfu Daizhe decoction on the basis of control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the symptoms scores of the two groups were lower than those before, and the symptoms scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%, which was higher than 75.00%of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.78%, which was lower than 16.67% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acid inhibitors combined with TCM in the treatment of reflux esophagitis has remarkable clinical effect, the recurrence rate is low, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
