针灸联合消癖汤治疗乳腺增生的疗效评价

摘要：

目的 评价针灸联合消癖汤治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年7月我院收治的100例乳腺增生患者为研究对象，依据患者自愿原则分为对照组和观察组，对照组50例患者单纯给予乳核散结片治疗，观察组50例患者给予针灸联合消癖汤治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组的乳房疼痛评分和乳房肿块评分均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用针灸联合消癖汤治疗乳腺增生，可显著缓解疼痛，改善临床症状，效果确切，值得临床优先选择和普及。

Curative effect of acupuncture combined Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture combined Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods One hundred cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of voluntary. Fifty patients in the control group were treated with ruhesanjie tablets, while 50 patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined Xiaopi decoction. The clinical effects of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the breast pain score and breast lump score of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands can significantly relieve patients' pain, improve the clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion and prior application.
