真武汤合五苓散治疗阳虚水泛型肺心病临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨真武汤合五苓散治疗阳虚水泛型肺心病的临床疗效。方法 收集我院肺心病患者100例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各50例。两组患者基础治疗为吸氧、抗感染、止咳化痰等，研究组加用真武汤合五苓散治疗，对比两组患者治疗前、后肺心病中医症状评分、血气分析、6min步行试验结果及治疗有效率。结果 两组患者治疗前肺心病中医症状评分、血气分析及6min步行试验比较无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后两组数据比较，有明显差异（P<0.05）；研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 真武汤合五苓散治疗阳虚水泛型肺心病临床疗效肯定，能够明显改善患者症状，提高肺功能。

Clinical observation of Zhenwu decoction combined Wuling powder in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with edema due to yang insufficiency

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined Wuling powder in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with edema due to yang insufficiency. Methods One hundred patients with pul-monary heart disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group，with 50 cases in each group. The foundation treatment of the two groups were oxygen, antibiotics, cough and phlegm. The research group added Zhenwu decoction combined Wuling powder. The symptom scores, blood gas analysis and 6 minutes walk test before and after treatment and effective rate of treatment between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no difference in symptom scores, blood gas analysis and 6 minutes walk test between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, there were differences in symptom scores, blood gas analysis and 6 minutes walk test between the two groups(P<0.05). The treatment efficiency of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Wuling powder in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with edema due to yang insufficiency can obtain positive effect, improve clinical symptoms and lung function.
