白内障手术患者应用临床路径管理的护理效果

摘要：
目的 探究白内障手术患者采用临床路径管理的护理效果。方法 选取我院收治的84例白内障患者，分为观察组及对照组，每组42例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用临床路径管理，对比两组患者的护理满意度及住院时间、住院费用。结果 观察组患者的住院时间及住院费用明显低于对照组，护理总满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将临床路径管理应用于白内障手术患者的护理中，能够缩短患者的住院时间，降低住院费用，提升护理满意度。

Nursing effect of clinical pathway management applied on cataract surgery patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the nursing effect of clinical pathway management applied on cataract surgery patients. Methods Eighty-four cases of cataract surgery patients in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing, while the observation group was treated with clinical pathway management. The nursing satisfaction rate, hospital stays and expenses of the two groups were compared. Results The hospital stays and expenses of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group; and the nursing total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway management applied on cataract surgery patients can significantly reduce patients' hospital stays and costs, and improve their satisfaction with nursing care.
