耳鼻喉患者实施阶段性健康教育的护理分析

摘要:

目的 探讨耳鼻喉患者的护理中实施阶段性健康教育的应用价值。方法 选取本院2013年7月至2015年1月收治的耳鼻喉疾病患者172例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组86例,实施耳鼻喉科常规护理措施;观察组86例,在常规护理的基础上给予阶段性健康教育。采用焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)评估两组患者治疗前、后负面心理情绪的严重程度,问卷调查表评估其护理满意程度。结果 观察组患者治疗后的紧张、焦虑心理改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗依从性及对护理服务的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 对耳鼻喉患者实施阶段性健康教育护理,能够有效改善患者治疗期间负面心理情绪,提升患者治疗依从性,舒适、精细、科学、规范、多元化的护理服务可促进患者治疗恢复,值得临床推广应用。

    Nursing analysis of periodic health education in ENT patients

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application value of the periodic health education in the nursing care for ENT patients. Methods One hundred and seventy-two ENT patients treated in our hospital from July 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group (86 cases) was given routine ENT nursing, while the observation group (86 cases) was given periodic health education on the bases of routine nursing. The severity of the negative psychological emotion before and after treatment was evaluated by hospital anxiety and depression scale, and the nursing satisfaction degree was assessed by questionnaire between the two groups. Results The improvement of psychological emotion such as tension, anxiety, psychological of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). The compliance and satisfaction degree for nursing of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The periodic health education nursing could effectively improves the negative psychological emotion and the treatment compliance for ENT patients, which provides a comfortable, fine, scientific, standardized, diversified care services to promoting the recovery of patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
