护理干预应用于骨折术后疼痛患者护理中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨护理干预在骨折术后疼痛患者护理中的临床效果。方法 选取2013年1月至2015年12月骨折术后疼痛患者180例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组90例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施整体护理干预，比较两组患者护理干预后的疼痛评分和舒适评分、心理压力和焦虑情绪、下床时间和住院时间、患者对术后疼痛控制的满意度。结果 观察组患者的术后下床时间及住院时间较对照组更短（P<0.05）；护理干预后，观察组患者的焦虑评分和抑郁评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的疼痛评分和舒适评分显著优于对照组患者（P<0.05）；且观察组患者对疼痛控制的满意度优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 在骨折术后疼痛患者护理过程中实施整体护理，可以有效缓解患者心理压力和焦虑情绪，改善患者疼痛状况和舒适度，减少患者术后下床时间和住院时间，提高患者对疼痛控制的满意度。

Clinical effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with postoperative pain after fracture operation

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with postoperative pain after fracture operation. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of patients with postoperative pain after fracture operation from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing intervention, while the patients in observation group were treated with holistic nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing intervention. The pain score and comfort score, SDS score and SAS score, the postoperative bed time and the length of hospital stay, and the satisfaction of the patients' postoperative pain of the patients in the control group and observation group after the nursing intervention were compared. Results The postoperative bed time and the length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The pain score and comfort score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the patients' postoperative pain of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with postoperative pain after fracture operation can relieve the psychological stress and anxiety of the patients, reduce the pain score and improve the comfort score, reduce the postoperative bed time and the length of hospital stay, improve the satisfaction of the patients' postoperative pain.
