溶血对肝功能检验结果影响研究

摘要：

目的 探讨溶血对于肝功能检查结果的影响，以提高肝功能检测结果的准确率。方法 选取50例健康体检人群的清晨空腹静脉血，然后平均分为2份，经过不同的处理后，得到溶血血清标本组及非溶血血清标本组，并由同一名专业的人员对以上标本进行肝功能检测，比较检测结果。结果 溶血标本组血清的TBIL、DBIL、ALT、TP 及ALB的水平值均显著高于非溶血标本组（P<0.05）；而AST、ALP及GGT水平值与非溶血标本组比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。两组标本中的Cl-、Na+、K+值有差异（P<0.05），但Ca2+差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 溶血对肝功能的检查存在一定的影响，因此医护人员在对患者的血液标本进行处理时要严格按照相关规范进行，如果发生标本溶血应立即采取相应措施补救，确保临床检验结果的准确性和可靠性。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis on liver function test results and improve the accuracy of liver function test results. Methods Fifty cases of healthy check -up crowd fasting venous blood of the morning were selected and divided into two samples, the hemolytic serum specimens group and non hemolytic serum specimens group, and the two groups were detected by the same professional personnel, the liver function detection results were compared in the two groups. Results The levels of TBIL, DBIL, ALT, TP and ALB in the hemolytic serum specimens group were higher than those of the non hemolytic serum specimens group (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in the levels of AST, ALP and GGT between the two groups (P>0.05). There were significant differences in the levels of Cl-, Na+ and K+ between the two groups (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the level of Ca2+ (P>0.05). Conclusion Hemolysis has a certain influence on the examination liver function, so the medical staff should be strict accordance with the relevant norms when treated with the patients' blood samples, and take remedial measures immediately if the hemolysis sample appear to ensure the veracity and reliability of clinical test results.
