血液标本生化检验结果与放置时间的相关性

摘要：
目的 探讨血液标本放置时间与生化检验结果的关联因素。方法 选取2014年5月至2016年7月在我医院接受治疗的90例生化检验患者作为此次研究对象，根据检测时间的不同进行分析，分别为1h内和4、8 h后，比较不同时间的生化检测结果。结果 在1 h内和4 h后的血液标本中，总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、甘油三酯、钾离子和酌谷氨酰转肽酶生化检验结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；4 h 后的血糖和谷丙转氨酶的生化检验结果与1h内的结果比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；血液标本8 h后的总胆红素、血糖、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、甘油三酯、钾离子和酌谷氨酰转肽酶生化检验结果与1 h内及4h后的结果比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 生化检测的结果和检测时间有关，对于不稳定的检测物质需尽快检测，避免受到干扰，影响检测结果。

Correlation between biochemical test results and placement time of blood samples

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the correlation between biochemical test results and placement time of blood samples. Methods Ninety cases of patients conducting biochemical inspection from May 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects and the detection times were divided in to 1 h, 4 h and 8 h after the biochemical detection results of different detection times were compared. Results There were no significant differences in total bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride, potassium and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase between the 1 h and 4 h after (P>0.05); and there were significant differences in blood glucose and alanine aminotransferase between the 1 h and 4 h after (P<0.05). There
were significant differences among the 1 h, 4 h after and 8 h after in total bilirubin, blood glucose, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride, potassium and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase (P<0.05). Conclusion There is some correlation between the results of biochemical test and detection time, for the detection of unstable substances, it needs to be detected as soon as possible to avoid the detection result be interfered.
