噪声作业环境对血压及心电图的影响分析

摘要:

目的 探讨噪声环境对作业人群血压及心电图的影响,为预防控制噪声危害提供参考。方法 选择2014年2月至2016年7月在噪声环境下工作的人员300例作为观察组,同期选择未在噪声环境下工作的人员300例作为对照组,两组都进行血压及心电图、噪声强度测定,比较两组患者检测结果。结果 观察组与对照组的作业环境噪声值分别为(98.24依10.14)dB、(45.24依9.24)dB,观察组噪声值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组研究对象的血压与心电图异常率分别为23.0%和23.7%, 对照组分别为5.0%和5.3%,观察组的血压与心电图异常率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的收缩压、舒张压与心率分别为(134.24±11.49)mmHg、(84.20±10.94)mmHg 和(92.94±6.30)次/min,分别高于对照组的(122.94±11.49)mmHg、(76.30± 9.20)mmHg 和(85.02±7.14)次/min(P<0.05)。结论 噪声作业环境可导致作业人群的血压及心电图明显异常,从而产生心血管危害,需要积极加强预防性管理。

    The influence analysis of noise in the working environment on blood pressure and ECG

    ABSTRCT: Objective To investigate the influence of noise in the working environment on blood pressure and ECG and provide reference for the prevention and control of noise hazards. Methods Three hundred cases of workers worked in the noisy environment from February 2014 to July 2016 were selected as observation group, during the same period, 300 cases who did not work in the noisy environment were selected as control group. The workers' blood pressure, ECG and noise intensity of the two groups were measured, and the results were compared. Results The noise intensity of the observation group and control group were respectively (98.24±10.14) dB and (45.24±9.24) dB, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The abnormal rate of blood pressure and ECG of the observation group were 23.0%
    and 23.7% respectively, while the control group with 5.0% and 5.3%, and the abnormal rate of blood pressure and ECG of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were respectively (134.24±11.49) mmHg, (84.20±10.94) mmHg and (92.94±6.30) beats/min, which were significantly higher than (122.94±11.49) mmHg, (76.30±9.20) mmHg and (85.02±7.14) beats/min of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Noisy working environment can lead to the abnormal of blood pressure and ECG in working population and produce cardiovascular risk, which needs actively strengthen the preventive management.
