糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染微生物分布与药物敏感性试验研究

摘要:

目的 探讨糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染患者的微生物分布情况和药物敏感性试验结果。方法 将我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染患者78例作为研究对象,采集患者尿液标本进行微生物培养、鉴定和药物敏感性试验并分析试验结果。结果 78份尿液标本中共分离出92株细菌,混合感染率为8.97%,革兰氏阴性菌占73.91%(68/92)。其中大肠埃希氏菌分离率最高,为36.76%;革兰氏阳性菌占26.09%(24/92),其中表皮葡萄球菌分离率最高,为37.50%。除了万古霉素(Va)之外,分离菌对其余13种抗生素都出现不同程度的耐药情况,其中对阿米卡星(AK)、呱啦西林(TZP)的耐药率超过80%以上。结论 糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染患者的病原菌趋向多元化发展,在治疗时要首先进行细菌学检查,选择敏感药物进行治疗,必要时需联合使用抗生素,提高感染的治疗效率,降低患者的病死率。

    Study on the distribution and drug sensitivity of microorganism in patients with diabetes

    complicated with urinary tract infection

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the distribution and drug sensitivity of microorganism in patients with diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection. Methods Seventy-eight cases of patients with diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects. Urine samples were collected for microbiological culture, identification and drug sensitivity test and the results were analyzed. Results Ninety-two strains of bacteria were isolated from 78 urine samples, and the mixed infection rate was 8.97%. The proportion of gram negative bacteria accounted for 73.91% (68/92), and the highest isolate rate among them was Escherichia coli, and the proportion was 36.76%. The proportion of gram positive bacteria accounted for 26.09%, and the highest isolate rate among them was staphylococcus aureus, and the proportion was 37.50% . Thirteen kinds of antibiotics existed drug resistance with different levels except VA, and the drug resistance rate to AK, TZP were more than 80%. Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria of patients with diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection tends to diversification, and it is necessary to have bacteriological examination and then choose sensitive drugs before treating. Antibiotics should be used in combination according to the actual situation, which can improve the efficiency and reduce mortality of patients.
