口腔按摩保健护理对极低出生体重儿体格发育的效果观察

摘要：
目的 观察并分析临床护理中运用口腔按摩保健护理方式对极低出生体重儿体格发育和喂养不耐受的影响。方法 选择我院2015年1月至2015年12月出生的无畸形极低出生体重儿60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，在综合护理措施及静脉营养治疗的基础上，对照组患儿采用常规护理，观察组患儿在常规护理基础上增加口腔按摩保健护理，观察记录两组极低出生体重 儿进奶量、平均体重、平均身长。结果观察组经过增加口腔按摩护理后与对照组比较，进奶量、平均体重、平均身长均优于对照 组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对极低出生体重儿给予口腔按摩保健干预可促进体格发育和喂养耐受。

Effect of oral massage and health care on the physical development of very low
birth weight infants

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of oral health care massage on the physical development and neonatal feeding intolerance of extremely low birth weight infants in clinical nursing. Methods A total of 60 extremely low birth weight infants from January 2015 and December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Under the same conditions of integrated care and parenthetical nutrition therapy, the control group received conventional nursing and the experimental group received oral massage. The physical development and feeding intolerance were compared between the two groups. Results Compared to the control group, the average weight and height and the neonatal feeding amount of the experimental group were significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral health care massage can improve the physical development and feeding intolerance of very low birth weight children.
