小儿肺炎护理中针对性护理的应用价值探析

摘要：

目的 探讨针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用价值。方法 将2014年5月至2016年4月于我院接受治疗的102例 小儿肺炎患儿分为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=52），对照组患儿采用常规护理方法，观察组患儿采用针对性护理方法，并将治疗后两组患儿的胸片检查结果、改善率及患儿体温恢复正常的平均时间、住院治疗的平均时间进行分析比较。结果 观察组患儿护理后的胸部阴影情况得到显著改善，改善率为98.08%，远高于对照组的88.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿的体温平均恢复时间及平均住院时间明显短于对照组患儿，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 小儿肺炎患儿采用针对性护理，可以明显改善患儿的病情，缩短患儿体温恢复时间和住院时间，减轻患儿的治疗费用，值得在临床护理中应用推广。

Analysis of the application value of targeted nursing for children with pneumonia

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application value of targeted nursing for children with pneumonia. Methods One hundred and two cases of pneumonia children were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=52). The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given targeted nursing. The chest X -ray examination results, temperature recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results The chest shadow of the observation group was significantly improved and the improvement rate was 98.08%, which was obviously higher than 88.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The temperature recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were obviously shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing for pediatric pneumonia children can improve the patients' condition, reduce the temperature recovery time, hospital stay, reduce the costs of treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
