胎膜早破孕妇实施优质护理服务的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析优质护理在胎膜早破孕妇中的应用效果。方法 选择我院 2014年 1月至 2016年 7月收治的胎膜早破孕妇 103例，依据护理方法分为两组，将予以常规护理的 51例孕妇作为参照组，给予优质护理的 52例孕妇作为干预组。对两组孕妇的护理效果进行分析。结果 干预组孕妇予以优质护理后的并发症总发生率为 7.7% ，低于予以常规护理的参照组的 27.4%（P<0.05）。干预组孕妇予以优质护理后的护理满意度为 98.1% ，高于予以常规护理的参照组的 82.4%（P<0.05）。结论 在胎膜早破孕妇中应用优质护理，效果理想，不仅降低了并发症发生率和新生儿窒息率，孕妇的护理满意度也得以提升，因而该护理模式可以在临床上进一步实践应用。

Clinical effect of high quality nursing service in pregnancy women with
premature rupture of membrane

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service in pregnancy women with premature rupture of membrane.Methods A total of 103 pregnancy women with premature rupture of membranes treated in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study, and divided into two groups according to nursing methods, 51 pregnancy women with routine care were regarded as the reference group and 52 pregnancy women with high quality nursing service were regarded as the intervention group. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The overall incidence of complications in the intervention group undergoing high quality nursing service was 7.7% , which was lower than 27.4% of the reference group undergoing routine care (P<0.05). The satisfaction ratein the intervention group undergoing high quality nursing service was 98.1% , which was lower than 82.4% of the reference group undergoing routine care(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing service hasideal treatment effect in pregnancy women with premature rupture of membrane, which can notonly reduce the incidence of complications and neonatalasphyxia, but also improve the patient`s satisfaction of nursing,so the nursing model can be further applied in clinical practice.
