全面护理模式在胆结石患者护理中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨全面护理模式在胆结石患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的 68例胆结石患者为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各 34例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用全面护理模式。比较两组干预前、后的心理状态，住院时间、疼痛及并发症发生情况。结果 术后 24 h，两组患者的 SAS及 SDS评分均低于术前，且研究组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组患者的 VAS评分更低，住院时间更短（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在胆结石患者临床护理工作中开展全面护理模式，可明显改善患者心理状态，减少并发症，减轻患者痛苦，值得推广。

Application effect of comprehensive nursing model in patients with gallstones

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in patients with gallstones. Methods A total of 68 patients with gallstones were treated in our hospital selected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group accepted comprehensive nursing model. The mental state, hospital stay, pain and complication were compared between the two groups. Results After operation for 24h, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation, and those of the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the study group was lower, and the hospital stays was shorter (P<0.05). The total incidence of complication in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).  Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model in patients with gallstones can improve the patients`mentation, reduce complications and allay the pain, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
