孕期健康教育干预对孕妇分娩方式意愿的影响

摘要:

目的 研究孕期健康教育干预对孕妇分娩方式意愿的影响。方法 选取 2013年 1月到 2014年 1月我院收治的 240例孕妇,用数字随机分组法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组 120例。对照组采用常规检测及宣教,观察组在此基础上给予孕期健康教育干预,比较两组孕妇干预前、后分娩相关知识掌握率、分娩方式主观意愿选择及实际分娩方式的选择。结果 护理干预后,两组孕妇分娩相关知识掌握率均有提升,其中观察组(86.67%)明显高于对照组(55.00%)(P<0.05);两组患者选择阴道分娩率均有提升,其中观察组(90.00%)明显高于对照组(60.00%)(P<0.05);观察组实际选择阴道分娩的占 78.33% ,明显高于对照组的 50.83%(P<0.05)。结论 孕期健康教育干预可提高孕妇分娩相关知识掌握率及选择自然分娩率,且降低剖宫产率,值得临床推广使用。

    Effect of health education intervention during pregnancy on pregnant women `s
    willingness to deliver

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of health education intervention during pregnancy on pregnant women`s will ingness to deliver.  Methods Two hundred and forty cases of pregnant women in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to the digital random grouping method, with 120 cases in each group. The routine examination and mission were used in the control group,on the basis,the observation group was given the intervention of health education during pregnancy. The control rate of the related knowledge before and after intervention, the choice of the subjective intention of the delivery mode and the actual choice of the mode of delivery of the two groups were  compared.  Results After nursing intervention, the mastery rate of child birth related knowledge in two groups of pregnant women improved, and the observation group (86.67%) was significantly higher than the control group (55.00%) (P<0.05). The rate of vaginal delivery increased in both groups, the observation group (90.00%) was significantly higher than the control group (60.00%) (P<0.05). The actual selection of vaginal delivery in the observation group was 78.33% , which was significantly higher than 50.83% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education intervention during pregnancy can improve the mastery rate of pregnancy related knowledge and choose natural delivery rate, and reduce the rate of case are an section, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
