延续性护理对子宫切除术后患者心理状态 及生活质量的影响

摘要：
目的 观察子宫切除术后患者予以延续性护理措施的效果。方法 选取 71例在我院行子宫切除术的患者，随机分为两组。对照组 35例患者予以常规护理，观察组 36例患者加行延续性护理。比较两组患者出院时、出院 3个月后的心理状态变化以及生活质量。结果 出院 3个月后，两组 SAS、SDS评分均有改善，观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）；出院 3个月后观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对子宫切除术后患者予以延续性护理能改善其负性情绪，提高其生活质量。

Effect of continuous nursing on psychological state and life quality of patients
after hysterectomy

ABSTRACT: Objecive To observe the effect of continuous nursing on the psychological status and life quality of the patients after hysterectomy. Methods Seventy-one patients under went hysterectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (35 cases) was given routine nursing, and the observation group (36 cases) was given continuous nursing. The psychological status and life quality of the two groups were compared at discharge and 3 months after discharge. Results At 3 months after discharge, the SAD and SDS scores of the two groups improved, but the scores in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life at 3 months after discharge in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing used in patients after hysterectomy can effectively improve the patienes`negative emotion and quality of life.
