优质护理服务对甲状腺瘤手术患者术后出血及疼痛的影响

摘要：

目的 探究优质护理服务对甲状腺瘤手术患者术后出血及疼痛的影响。方法 选择在本院择期行手术治疗的 50例甲状腺瘤患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各 25例。观察组给予优质护理服务，对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、心理状态评分及并发症发生率。结果 观察组疼痛程度比对照组轻（P＜0.05）。护理后，两组的 SDS及 SAS评分均较护理前明显降低，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组不良事件总发生率略低于对照组（P>0.05）。结论 甲状腺瘤手术患者采用优质护理服务可有效改善其心理状态，减轻术后疼痛，降低不良事件发生率。

Effect of high quality nursing service on post operative bleeding and pain in
patients with thyroid tumor surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on post operative bleeding and pain in patients with thyroid tumor surgery. Methods A total of 50 patients with thyroid tumor surgery treated in our hospital were selected, and divided into observation group and control group by random number table, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group was given high quality nursing service, while the control group was given routine nursing. The degree of pain, mental state score, incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing service for patients with thyroid tumor surgery can improve patients`mental state, reduce post operative pain and decrease the incidence of adverse events.
