临床护理路径在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后中的 应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨临床护理路径在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后中的应用效果。方法 选取 2015年 5月至 2017年 5月我院 86例妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者为研究对象，根据入院顺序将所有患者分为对照组和研究组，每组 43 例，对照组患者实施传统的产科护理，研究组患者在对照组的基础上实施临床护理路径，比较两组患者干预前、后的血糖水平、治疗依从性及护理满意率。结果 干预前，两组患者各血糖指标比较不存在显著差异（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组患者各血糖指标均显著降低，且研究组显著优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预后，研究组患者适当运动、心态积极的遵医行为及护理总满意率均显著高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理路径可有效改善患者的血糖水平，提高治疗依从性及护理满意率，在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后护理中具有重要的应用价值。

Application effect of clinical nursing pathways in gestational diabetes mellitus
patients after cesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathways in gestational diabetes mellitus patients after cesarean section. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitusin our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the order of admission, all patients were divided into control group and study group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group were treated with traditional obstetrics nursing, the experimental group were treated with clinical care path on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels before and after treatment, treatment compliance and total nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results There were nosignificant differences in the blood glucose indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, the blood glucose indexes of the two groups significantly decreased and those of the study group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the exercise, positive behavior and total nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).　Conclusion The clinical nursing path can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients, the treatment compliance and total nursing satisfaction rate. The clinical nursing path has important application value in the gestational diabetes mellitus after cesarean section care.
