心理护理对改善宫颈炎患者负面情绪的效果

摘要：

目的 研究心理护理对改善宫颈炎患者负面情绪的效果。方法 将我院 2015年 1月至 2017年 3月收治的宫颈炎患者 100例分两组，各 50例，对照组采取常规护理，心理护理组在对照组基础上进行心理护理。两组患者护理前、后用 SCL-90量表评估患者负面情绪，比较宫颈炎治疗效果、患者对护理的满意评价、用药依从行为、宫颈炎认知评分、平均住院时间、护理前、后用 QOL 量表评价患者生活质量水平。结果 心理护理组宫颈炎治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；心理护理组患者对护理的满意评价、用药依从行为、宫颈炎认知评分显著高于对照组，平均住院时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。护理前，两组SCL-90量表负面情绪评分均相似（P>0.05）；护理后，心理护理组患者 SCL-90量表负面情绪评分均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。护理前，两组 QOL 量表评分均相似（P>0.05）；护理后，心理护理组患者 QOL 量表评分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理对改善宫颈炎患者负面情绪的效果确切，可有效提高患者对宫颈炎的认知，提高其用药依从性，加速病情好转，缩短住院时间，改善患者负面情绪和生活质量。

Effect of psychological nursing on improving negative emotions of patients with cervicitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on improving the negative emotions of patients with cervicitis. Methods One hundred cases of patients with cervicitis in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the psychological nursing group was treated with psychological nursingon the basis of the control group. The negative emotions of patients in the two groups was assessed before and after treatment with SCL-90 scale. The efficacy of cervicitis treatment, patients`satisfaction, medication compliance and cervicitis cognitive score of nursing, medication compliance behavior, cervicitis cognitive score and the average hospitalization time were compared. The quality life of patients before and aftercare was assessed with QOL rating. Results The curative effect of cervicitis in psychological nursing group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the patients in the psychological nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The negative scores of SCL-90 were similar in the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); the scores of SCL-90 in the psychological care group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). The scores of QOL were similar in the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); the scores of QOL in psychological nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing is effective to improve the negative emotions of patients with cervicitis, which can effectively improve the awareness of patients with cervicitis, improve the compliance of medication. It can accelerate the improvement of condition, shorten the hospitalization time, improve the negative emotions and qualitylife of patients.       KEYWORDS: psychological care; cervicitis;negative emotion
