优质护理改善急性上呼吸道感染患儿症状的效果

摘要：
目的 探讨优质护理改善急性上呼吸道感染患儿症状的效果。方法 选取 2016年 5月至 2017年 5月收治的 66例急性上呼吸道感染患儿，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各 33例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以优质护理，比较两组患儿症状（退热、鼻塞、咳嗽、咽痛等）改善情况、住院时间及护理满意度。结果 观察组退热、鼻塞、咳嗽、咽痛等症状改善时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿家长满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 采用急性上呼吸道感染优质护理对患儿鼻塞、咳嗽及咽痛等症状的改善效果显著，同时还可提高患儿家长对护理满意度，临床应用前景广阔。

Effects of high quality nursing on improving symptoms in children with
acute upper respiratory tract infection

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effects of high quality nursing on improving symptoms in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Sixty-six cases of children with acute upper respiratory infection in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated by high quality nursing. The improvement of symptoms (fever, stuffynose, cough and sorethroat), hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe improvement time of symptoms (fever, stuffy nose, cough and sore throat) and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the parents`satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing can significantly improve acute upper respiratory tract infection with nasalcongestion, cough and sore throat symptoms can improve the parents`nursing satisfaction, with broad clinical application prospect.
