高危前列腺增生经尿道等离子电切术治疗的护理配合

摘要：

目的 研究分析高危前列腺增生经尿道等离子电切术治疗的护理配合。方法 选取我院 2014年 8月至 2016年 8月收治的 76例高危前列腺增生患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组 38例。所有患者均行经尿道等离子电切术治疗，对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以全面且具针对性的护理配合干预，比较分析两组患者护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者生活质量评分和护理满意度评分明显干预对照组，并发症总发生率（7.89%）明显低于对照组（31.58%），差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对行经尿道等离子电切术治疗的高危前列腺增生患者，在围手术期间予以全面且具针对性的护理配合干预，可提高患者生活质量和减少并发症的发生。

Nursing cooperation of high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia with transurethral
resection of plasma

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and analyze the nursing cooperation ofhigh-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia with transurethral resection of plasma. Methods Seventy-six patients with high-risk prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into the controlgroup and the studygroup, with 38 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with transurethral plasma resection, the controlgroup was given routine nursing, and the studygroup was given comprehensive and targeted nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The life quality score and nursing satisfaction score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the controlgroup, and the total incidence of complications (7.89% ) was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup(31.58%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion During perioperative period, the comprehensive and targeted nursing intervention for patients with high risk benign prostatichyper plasia treated by transure thral plasmakinetic resection can improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
