无痛临床护理路径对老年股骨骨折内固定治疗患者 围术期疼痛及术后康复的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨无痛临床护理路径对老年股骨骨折内固定治疗患者围术期疼痛及术后康复的影响。方法 选取我院收治的75例老年股骨骨折患者为研究对象，按护理方法分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=45）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予无痛临床护理路径。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 术后 1、3、5 d及出院时，两组患者的 VAS评分均明显低于术前，且观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度术后并发症总发生率、术后第一次下床活动时间及出院时间明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 无痛临床护理路径能有效减轻老年股骨骨折围术期疼痛，且能减少并发症发生，加快术后恢复速度，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广运用。

Effect of painless nursing clinical pathways on perioperative pain and postoperative
rehabilitation in elderly patients with femoral fracture fixation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of painless nursing clinical pathways on perioperative pain and post operative rehabilitation in elderly patients with femoral fracture fixation. Methods Seventy-five elderly patients with femoral fractures in our hospital were selected and divided into controlgroup (n=30) and observation group (n=45) according to nursing methods. The controlgroup received routine nursing, and the observation group accepted painless nursing clinical pathways.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results At 1,3 and 5 days after operation and after discharge, the VAS scores of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the controlgroup (P＜0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate incidence of postoperative complications, the first time to get out of bed and hospital stays in the observation group were better than those in the controlgroup (P＜0.05). Conclusion Painless nursing clinical pathways in elderly patients with femoral fracture fixation can effectively reduce the pain and complications, speed up the postoperative recovery and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
