围术期呼吸功能锻炼改善心脏手术患者肺功能的效果

摘要：

目的 探究心脏病患者围术期接受呼吸功能锻炼对其肺功能的改善情况。方法 择取在我院进行心脏手术的 70例患者，按照其围术期的护理方法进行分组：仅行常规护理的 35例患者纳入对照组，加用呼吸功能锻炼的 35例患者纳入研究组。对比两组患者肺功能的改善效果及其他指标。结果 护理后，两组患者的血氧饱和度、肺活量、深吸气量、最大通气量、用力肺活量均升高，且研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组术后有效咳嗽排痰占比高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在心脏病患者围术期进行呼吸功能锻炼，可以有效改善患者的肺功能，使其获得良好的预后效果。

Effect of respiratory function exercise on improving pulmonary function of patients
with heart disease in perioperative period

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the improvement of pulmonary function in patients with heart disease after accepting respiratory function exercise. Methods A total of 70 patients with heart disease who accepted heart surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into controlgroup and study group according to perioperative nursing methods.Thirty-five patients who only received routine care were included in the controlgroup,and the other 35 patients who added respiratory function exercise were included in the study group.The improvement of pulmonary function and other indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,theblood oxygen saturation,vitalcapacity,deep inspiratory capacity, maximum ventilation capacityand forced vital capacity of the two groups increased, and those of the studygroup were higher than the controlgroup (P<0.05). The proportion of effective cough and expectoration in the studygroup was higher than that in the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion Respiratory function exercise in patients with heart disease in perioperative period can effectively improve the patients`pulmonary function and bring a good prognosis to patients.
