人性化护理对糖尿病患者护理满意度及 FBG、HbA1c水平的影响

摘要：
目的 研究人性化护理对糖尿病患者护理满意度及 FBG、HbA1c水平的影响。方法 选取 2016年 1月至 2017年 1月在我院接受治疗的糖尿病患者 96例作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各 48例。两组患者均采用相同糖尿病治疗方法，但观察组针对每个患者的特点实施人性化护理，对照组则给予日常护理。比较两组患者的血糖水平和护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的生理功能、生理职能、一般状况及精神健康评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。护理后，两组患者的 FPG、HbA1c水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者实施人性化护理，能显著提高患者护理满意度，改善患者血糖，值得在临床推广应用。

Influence of humanistic nursing on nursing satisfaction and FBG and HbA1c levels
in patients with diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing on the nursing satisfaction and FBG, HbA1c levels in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 96 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with the same treatment of diabetes, the observation group received humanized nursing, the control group accepted routine nursing. The glycemic indexes and nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup (P<0.05). The physical function, physiological function, general condition and mental health scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup (P<0.05). After nursing, the levels of FPG and HbA1c in both groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus can significantly improve patients`satisfaction and improve blood glucose indicators, which is worthy of clinical application.
