冠心病心律失常采取炙甘草汤加减治疗的临床分析

摘要：

目的 探讨炙甘草汤加减治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果。方法 选择本院收治的冠心病心律失常患者 120例，以简单随机法分为常规组和治疗组，每组 60例，常规组采取西药常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上增加炙甘草汤治疗，对两组患者临床疗效进行观察对比。结果 治疗组心率、QRS时限明显低于常规组，PR 间期高于常规组（P<0.05）；治疗组全血粘度（低切、高切）、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原水平均明显低于常规组（P<0.05）；治疗组主证、次证积分明显低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 在常规治疗的基础上采取炙甘草汤加减可有效改善冠心病心律失常患者临床症状和心脏血流变学指标，临床应用效果显著。

Clinical analysis of the addition and reduction of Zhigancao decoction in coronary
heart disease arrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia in our hospital were randomly divided into routinegroup and treatment group according to simple random method.The routine group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group added Zhigancao decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The heart rate,PR intervaland QRS duration of the treatment group were significantly better than those in the routine group (P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity (low cut,high cut),plasma viscosity,fibrinogen level of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05);the main card,sub-card pointsofthe treatment group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion The addition and reduction of Zhigancao decoction on the basis of routine treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac hemorheology in patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease, and the clinical application is remarkable.  　                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    KEYWORDS: coronary heart disease arrhythmia;Zhigancaodecoction;clinical symptoms;hemorheology
