中西医结合治疗风寒袭络型周围性面瘫的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察中西医结合分期治疗风寒袭络型周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的 80例风寒袭络型周围性面瘫患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组 40例。对照组采用西药治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果，治疗前、后面神经功能改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（100.00%）高于对照组（85.00%），差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后痊愈比例显著高于对照 （P＜0.05）。两组治疗后神经功能总评分显著低于治疗前，观察组改善效果更显著（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗风寒袭络型周围性面瘫临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the
treatment of wind-cold assailing collateral types peripheral facial paralysis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of peripheral facialparalysis caused by wind-cold assailing collateral. Methods Eighty cases of wind-cold assailing collateral type peripheral facialparalysis treated in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group wastreated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The treatment effect of the two groups, the improvement of nerve function before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the controlgroup,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The recovery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup (P<0.05).The totalscore of nerve function ofthe two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the effect of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Peripheral facial paraly sistreated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has the remarkable curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.                                                       KEYWORDS: combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine;wind-cold as sailing collateral;peripheral facial paralysis
