滋肾健脾活血汤治疗 2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨滋肾健脾活血汤治疗 2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法 选取我院在 2014年 10月至 2015年 10月收治的90例 2型糖尿病患者，并随机分为对照组和研究组，每组 45例。对照组接受常规临床治疗，研究组在常规治疗基础上加用滋肾健脾活血汤，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为 97.78% ，明显高于对照组的 73.33%（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者的静脉空腹血糖、餐后 2 h血糖、HbAlc、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平明显降低，且研究组低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者的不良反应总发生率（4.44%）明显低于对照组（13.33%）（P<0.05）。结论 在临床常规治疗措施基础上加用滋肾健脾活血汤可显著提高 2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效，降低血糖和血脂水平。

Curative effect observation of Zishen Jianpi Huoxue decoction
on type 2 diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen JianpiHuoxuedecoction in the treatment of type2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Ninety cases of patients with type2 diabetes mellitus treated in ourhospitalfrom October2014 to October2015 were selected, and randomly divided into controlgroup and studygroup, with 45 cases in each group.The controlgroup received routine treatment,while the studygroup added Zishen JianpiHuoxue decoction on the basis of conventional therapy,the the clinical curative effects were compared and analyzed between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the studygroup was97.78%,which was significantly higher than73.33% ofthe control group(P<0.05).The levels of venous fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose, HbAlc,total cholester olandtrigly ceridein both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the controlgroup (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the studygroup (4.44%) was significantly lower than that in thecontrol group(13.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusio On the basis of clinical routine treatment, adding ZishenJianpiHuoxue decoction can significantly improve the clinica lcurative effect of type 2 diabetes patients,and lower the blood sugar and blood lipid levels.                                           　                                                                                      KEYWORDS: Zishen JianpiHuoxue decoction;type2 diabetes mellitus;total cholesterol
