CRP 联合 CysC 检测在痛风患者早期肾功能损伤中的 诊断价值

摘要：

目的 探讨 CRP 联合 CysC 诊断痛风患者早期肾功能损伤的临床价值。方法 对本院收治的 140例痛风患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据肾小球滤过率（GFR）将患者分为对照组（GFR逸90 mL/min，无肾功能损伤）和鉴别组（GFR 为 60~90 mL/min，伴肾功能损伤），各 70例。对两组患者的血清 CRP 和 CysC 水平进行比较，并分析 CRP 联合 CysC 在痛风中的诊断价值。结果 鉴别组患者 CRP、CysC 及 GFR 水平均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；鉴别组 CRP 联合 CysC 检测阳性确诊率明显高于 CRP 单一检测及 CysC 单一检测阳性确诊率（P<0.05）。结论 痛风合并早期肾功能损伤患者 CRP、CysC 均高于无肾功能损伤患者，相较于单一检测，CRP 联合 CysC 检测能提高痛风患者早期肾功能损伤诊断的阳性确诊率，临床价值显著。

Diagnostic value of CRP combined with CysC detection in early renal dysfunction
in patients with gout

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CRP combined with CysC in the diagnosis of early renal dysfunction in patients with gout. Methods The clinical data of 140 cases of gout patients admitted  in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the glomerular filtration rate (GFR), all the patients were divided into control group (GFR≥90mL/min,without early renaldys function) and identification group (GFR 60-90 mL/min,with renaldysfunction),with 70 cases in each group. The levels of sacrum CRP and CysC were compared between the two groups and the diagnostic value of  CRP combined with CysC in gout was analyzed. Results The levels of CRP,CysC and GFR of the identification group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). In the identification group, the positive diagnosis rate of CRP combined with CysC detection was higher than that of the CRP and CysC single detection (P<0.05). Conclusion The CRP and CysC levels of goutpatients with early renaldys function are higher than those without early renal dysfunction.Compared with CRP and CysC single detection, CRP combined with CysC detection hash igherpositive diagnosis rate in the diagnosis of early renaldys function in patients with gout,which has remarkable clinical value.                                                                                                                                                                                               KEYWORDS: CRP; CysC; gout; early renal dysfunction
