凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的优势

摘要：
目的 分析在临床输血检验中应用凝聚胺技术的效果及优势。方法 对 2016年 8月至 2017年 8月在本院进行健康检查的 130 例健康人员进行观察，每位体检者均于早晨空腹抽取 2份静脉血液标本，分别采用凝聚胺技术、盐水法进行配血实验，记录检验情况。结果 凝聚胺技术抗体检验灵敏性、红细胞凝聚数量、阳性抗体检出率均优于盐水法（P＜0.05）；凝聚胺技术中,特异性凝聚在 3 min内均无消失；非特异性凝聚中 75例在 5耀10 s消失，55例在 11耀20 s消失，3 min内全部消失，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在临床输血检验中应用凝聚胺技术的效果明显，能够增加检验的准确性及输血的安全性，对抗体检验灵敏度高、检出率高，值得推广。

Advantage of polybrene technique in clinical transfusion test

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect and advantage of using polybrene technique in clinical transfusion test. Methods A total of130 cases of healthy persons in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were observed, each of whom was collected 2 samples of venous blood samples in the morning, polybrene technique and saline method were used to text blood matching experiment, recording the tests. Results The antibodytests ensitivity, the number of erythrocyte aggregation and the detection rate of positive antibody of polybrene technique were better than the saline method (P<0.05). In the polybrene technique,the specific agglutination did not disappear within 3 min; in the non-specific agglutination,75 cases disappeared in 5-10s,55 cases disappeared in11-20 s,all disappeared within 3min (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of polybrene technique in clinical blood transfusion test has obvious effect, which can increase the accuracy of testand the safety of blood transfusion. It has high sensitivity and high detection rate to antibody test.It ’ s worth popularizing. KEYWORDS: transfusion test; polybrene technique; saline method
