曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物与脑苷肌肽治疗新生儿缺氧 缺血性脑病的效果对比

摘要:

目的 探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物和脑苷肌肽治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果。方法 选取 2015年 2月至 2017年 2月我院收治的缺氧缺血性脑病的 270例患儿为研究对象,将所有患儿按不同治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,各 135例。对照组患儿给予脑苷肌肽治疗,观察组患儿给予曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗。比较两组患儿的 NBNA 评分、不良反应发生率及临床效果。结果 治疗后 1、2周,两组患者的 NBNA 评分均明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为 96.30% ,明显高于对照组的 78.52%(P<0.05)。结论 曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床效果更优,值得临床推广应用。

    Effects comparison of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate and cattle encephalon
    glycoside and ignotin on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effects of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydroly sate and cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin on neonatal hypoxicis chemic encephalopathy. Methods  Two hundred and seventy neonates with hypoxicis chemic encephalopathy admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were included and divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods, with 135 cases in each group. The control group was given cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin, and the observation group was treated with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate.The NBNA scores,adverse reactions and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results  At 1 and 2 weeks after treatment, the NBNA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydroly sateh as better clinical effects on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,which is worthy of clinical application an dpromotion.
