100例伴有盆腔粘连的妇科疾病患者腹腔镜手术效果

摘要：

目的 研究分析伴有盆腔粘连的妇科疾病患者行腹腔镜手术的临床效果。方法 将我院 2012年 2月到 2017年 2月收治的 200例伴有盆腔粘连妇科患者依照患者意愿分为观察组与对照组，各 100例。观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组则采用妇科传统手术治疗。观察两组患者临床有效率、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及术后复发率等。结果 观察组的临床总有效率为 96.0% ，高于对照组的 80.0%（P<0.05）；观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量均优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 伴有盆腔粘连的妇科疾病患者行腹腔镜手术效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of laparoscopic surgery in 100 cases of gynecological diseases patients with
pelvic adhesion

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in patients with pelvic adhesion. Methods From February 2012 to February 2017,200 cases of gynecological diseases patients with pelvic adhesion admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and controlgroup, with 100 casesin each group.Theobservation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,the controlgroup wastreated with traditional gynecologic alsurgery.Clinical efficiency, operation time,hospital stays,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative recurrence rates were observed in the two groups. ResultsThe total clinical effective rates in the observation group was 96.0% ,which was higher than 80.0% in the controlgroup (P<0.05).The operation time, hospital stays,intra operative blood loss in the observation group were signifi-cantly better than those in thecontrolgroup (P<0.05).There currence rates in the observation group were lower than those in the controlgroup (P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecological laparoscopic surgery in patients with pelvic adhesion has signifi-cant effect,which is worthy of clinical application.                                                                                                                                 KEYWORDS: pelvic adhesions; gynecology; laparoscopic surgery
