早期乳腺癌行保乳手术与改良根治术治疗的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨早期乳腺癌行保乳手术与改良根治术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取 2011年 5月至 2014年 5月在本院就诊的早期乳腺癌患者 130例，将其分为研究组和对照组，各 65例，分别给予保乳手术和改良根治术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、出血量和住院时间、术后乳房美容效果以及复发率和生存率。结果 研究组的手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组，出血量少于对照组，术后乳房形态优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组的术后 1年复发率、1年生存率、3年复发率和 3年生存率差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 保乳手术比改良根治术更具优势，其特殊的优点在提倡社会-心理医学模式的今天尤为重要，为早期乳腺癌的治疗提供一种很好的选择。

Clinical efficacy of breast conserving surgery and modified radical
mastectomy in early breast cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effects of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy inearly breast cancer. Methods A total of 130 cases of early breast cancer treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 were divided into the study group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with breastcon-serving operation and modified radical mastectomy respectively.The operation time,bleeding volume and length of stay, post operative breast cosmetic effects,recurrence rates and survival rates between the two groups were compared.  Results The operation time and length of stay in the study group were shorter than those in the controlgroup,and bleeding volume was less than that in the control group,and the excellent rate of post operative breast morphology was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The 1 year relapserate, 1 year survival rate, 3 years relapserate and 3 years survival rate after surgery between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Breast conserving surgery is more advantageous than modified radical mastectomy, and its special advantages are especially important in promoting the social psychomedical modeltoday, which provides a good choice for the treatment of early breast cancer.
