重组人干扰素 α-2b凝胶联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并HPV感染70例临床分析

摘要：

目的 评价干扰素α-2b凝胶联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并 HPV 感染的临床疗效。方法 选择在我院接受治疗的宫颈炎合并 HPV感染患者 140例，随机分为试验组及对照组，各 70例。对照组患者实施微波治疗，试验组患者在对照组的基础上加用重组人干扰素 α-2b凝胶治疗。治疗 3个月后，比较两组患者的临床疗效和创面愈合情况；治疗结束后 6个月，比较两组患者的 HPV 转阴率。结果 试验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组的创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，颈管内膜增生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。试验组患者的 HPV 转阴率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 重组人干扰素 α-2b凝胶联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并 HPV 感染的疗效显著，有利于促进患者宫颈创面生长，同时促进 HPV 转阴。

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of interfer on α-2b gel combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of cervicitis complicated with HPV infection. Methods A total of 140 patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 70 cases in each group.The patients in the controlgroup were treated with microwave,and the patients in the experimental group added there combinanthuman interferon α-2b gelon the basis of the controlgroup. After 3 months of treatment, the clini-calefficacy and wound healing situation were compared between the two groups.At6 months after treatment, theHPV negative rates ofthe two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate ofthe experimental group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup (P<0.05).The wound healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the controlgroup, and the rate of intimal hyperplasia of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup (P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of HPV in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Recombinanthuman interferon α-2b gel combined with microwave therapy forcervicitis with HPV infection has significant effect, it is conducive to promoting the growth of cervical wounds, while promoting HPV negative conversion, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
