髓内钉与锁定加压胫骨远端接骨板治疗 胫骨远端骨折的疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨髓内钉与锁定加压胫骨远端接骨板对胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 随机将本院收治的 80例胫骨远端骨折患者分为对照组和治疗组，各 40例，对照组采取切开复位髓内钉内固定，治疗组采取胫骨远端锁定加压接骨板治疗，对比两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。术后两组 AOFAS评分均提高，治疗组高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组关节功能优良率为 92.50% ，并发症总发生率为 2.50% ，明显优于对照组的 70.00% 、20.00%（P<0.05）。结论 胫骨远端锁定加压接骨板治疗胫骨骨折具有微创、恢复快、预后良好的优势。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effects of intramedullary nail and locking compression tibial distalplate on distal tibial fractures. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with distal tibial fractures admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and intramedullary nailing.The treatment group was treated with locking compression tibial distal plate.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The postoperative AOFAS score of both groups significantly increased,that of the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of joint function was 92.50% and the total incidence rate of complications was 2.50% in the treatment group,which were better than 70.00% and 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Locking compression tibial distal plate in the treatment of distal tibial fractures has the advantages of minimally invasive, quick recovery and good prognosis.
