靶点射频热凝联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效

摘要:

目的  探讨靶点射频热凝联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法  将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据不同治疗方法分为靶点射频热凝治疗组(A组,n=40)、臭氧注射治疗组(B组,n=40)和靶点射频热凝联合臭氧注射治疗组(C组,n=40)三组。分别比较三组患者治疗后 1周、3、6个月的治疗有效率及并发症发生情况。结果  C 组治疗后 3、6个月的治疗有效率明显高于该组治疗后 1 周(P<0.05);C 组治疗后 3、6个月的治疗有效率均高于 A 组和 B 组(P<0.05);三组并发症发生率没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 靶点射频热凝联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出治疗有效率较高,可用于临床腰椎间盘突出症的治疗。

    Clinical effect of targeted radio frequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone
    in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into target radiofrequency thermocoagulation group (the group A,n=40), ozone injection treatment group (the group B,n=40) and target radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection treatment group (the group C,n=40) according to the different treatment methods.The curative effects and complications were compared among the 3 groups at1 week,3 and 6 months after treatment. Results In the group C,the effective rates of treatment at 3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than that in1 weeks after treatment (P<0.05).The effective rates in the group C at 3 and 6 months after treatment were higher than those in the group A and B (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidences of complications among the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The target point radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone on lumbarin tervertebral disc herniation is more effective and can be used inclinical lumbar disc herniation.
