盐酸氟桂利嗪、阿司匹林联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛 治疗偏头痛的临床价值

摘要：

目的 探讨盐酸氟桂利嗪、阿司匹林联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗偏头痛的临床价值。方法 选择本院收治的偏头痛患者200例，以便利抽样法分为对照组和联合组，各 100例。对照组采取盐酸氟桂利嗪+阿司匹林治疗，联合组在此基础上联用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察比对。结果 治疗后，两组头痛发作次数、持续时间、PSQI评分均优于治疗前，且联合组优于对照组（P<0.05）。联合组头痛控制率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 盐酸氟桂利嗪+阿司匹林+氟哌噻吨美利曲辛可有效缓解偏头痛患者临床症状，减少头痛持续时间和次数，值得临床应用。

Clinical value of flunarizine hydrochloride, aspirin combined with flupentixol
and melitracen tablets in the treatment of migraine

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical value of flunarizine hydrochloride,aspirin combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of migraine. Methods Two hundred patients with migraine were randomly divided into control group and combination group,with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride and aspirin.The combination group was treated by flupentixol and melitracen tablets on the basis of the control group.The the rapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment,the frequence of episodes,duration and  PSQI scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those of the combined group were better than the control group  (P<0.05).The headache controlrate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Flunarizine hydrochloride + aspirin + flupentixol melitracen can effectively alleviate the clinica lsymptoms of patients,reduce headache duration and frequence, which is worthy of clinical application.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    KEYWORDS: flunarizine hydrochloride; aspirin; flupentixol and melitracen tablets; migraine
