盐酸贝那普利联合小剂量螺内酯治疗糖尿病心脏病 心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨盐酸贝那普利联合小剂量螺内酯治疗糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 采用回顾性分析方法对我院 2015年 9月至 2016年 9月 150例糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭患者的临床资料进行研究，根据治疗方法将入选的患者分为对照组和研究组，每组 75例。对照组患者采用常规的抗心衰药物治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上采用盐酸贝那普利联合小剂量螺内酯治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为 94.67% ，明显高于对照组的 73.33%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的心率、SV、CO、LVESD、LVEDD 及 LVEF 均较治疗前明显改善，且研究组各指标均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组不良反应总发生率为 4.00%（3/75），与对照组的 5.33%（4/75）比较，差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论 盐酸贝那普利联合小剂量螺内酯可有效改善糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭患者的临床指标，治疗效果显著，不良反应较少，对该病的治疗具有重要的临床意义。

Clinical effect of benazepril hydrochloride combined with low-dose of
spironolate in patients with heart failure of diabetes heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of benazepril hydrochloride combined with low-dose of spironolate in the treatment of heart failure of diabetes heart disease. Methods The retrospective analysis method was used in the clinical data of 150 cases of patients with heart failure of diabetes heart disease  admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016. Patients were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods, with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional cardiotonic agents,while the research group was given benazepril hydrochloride combined with low-dose ofspironolate on the basis ofthe controlgroup.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 94.67% ,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the heart rate,SV,CO,LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF in both groups significantly improved compared with those before treatment,an those ofthe research group were better than the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 4.00%  (3/75), which was not significantly different from 5.33% (4/75) in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Benazepril hydrochloride combined with low-dose of spironolate could improve the clinical indexes of patients with heart failure of diabetes heart disease,with remarkable clinical effectand less adverse reactions.It has important clinical significance for the treatment of this disease.
