质子泵抑制剂联合甘桔冰梅片治疗反流性咽炎的 临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨质子泵抑制剂联合甘桔冰梅片治疗反流性咽炎的临床效果。方法 将 2016年 2月至 2017年 2月我院收治的82例反流性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组 41例。给予对照组患者质子泵抑制剂治疗，给予治疗组患者质子泵抑制剂联合甘桔冰梅片治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前、后的生活质量。结果 治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率为 95.1% ，明显高于对照组的 78.0%（P<0.05）。治疗组患者不良反应总发生率高于对照组，但组间差异不显著（P>0.05）。两组患者治疗后的生活质量总评分高于治疗前，且治疗组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 质子泵抑制剂联合甘桔冰梅片治疗反流性咽炎的疗效可靠，安全性高，能够有效改善患者生活质量，具有临床推广应用价值。

Clinical effect of protonpump inhibitor combined with Ganju Bingm eitablets
in the treatment of reflux pharyngitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of proton pump inhibitor combined with Ganju Bingmei tabletsin the treatment of reflux pharyngitis. Methods  From February 2016 to February 2017,82 patients with reflux pharyngitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with proton pump inhibitors , while the treatment group was treated with proton pump inhibitors combined with Ganju Bingmeitablets.The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.1% ,which was significantly higher than 78.0% of the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The total score of quality of life after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the treatment group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).  Conclusion Proton pump inhibitor combined with Ganju Bingmei tablets has reliable effect in the treatment of reflux  pharyngitis,which has high safety and can effectively improve the quality oflife of patients,with clinical application value.
