羟苯磺酸钙治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨羟苯磺酸钙治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变（NPDR）的临床效果。方法 将 2016年 1月至 2017年 1月在我院治疗的 120例 NPDR 患者随机分为两组，各 60例。对照组给予常规控制血糖治疗，观察组在此基础上给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前、后的视野敏感度、相关细胞因子、眼底血管造影。结果 观察组临床治疗有效率（93.33%）明显高于对照组（75.00%）（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组 VEGF、IGF-1、PEDG 水平均较治疗前及对照组明显改善（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组微血管瘤数、出血灶面积、渗出灶面积较治疗前及对照组明显减少（P＜0.05）。结论  羟苯磺酸钙治疗 NPDR 疗效显著，有助于减轻病变，改善视网膜功能，提高视力，扩大视野，具有积极的临床意义。

Clinical effect of calciumd obesilate in the treatment of
non-proliferative diabeticretinopathy

ABSTRACT:  Objective To discuss the clinical effect of calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate in the treatment of non-prolifer-ative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR). Methods  One hundred and twenty patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy treated in ourhospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with normal control blood sugar. The observation group was given calcium dobesilate treatment on the basis of the control group,The clinical efficacy, isual field sensitivity, related cytokine, fundus angiography  before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group (93.33% ) was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VEGF,IGF-1 and PEDG levels in the observation group significantly improved compared with those before treatment and of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the number of microvascular tumors, area of the hemorrhage and area of the lesion in the observation group significantly decreased compared with those before treatment and of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Calcium dobesilate is effective in the treatment of  NPDR. It helps to alleviate the disease,improve retinal function,improve vision and expand the field of vision, which has a positive clinical significance.
