胺碘酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗室性心律失常的临床效果

摘要：

 目的 探讨胺碘酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗室性心律失常的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的 98例室性心律失常患者随机分为参照组和试验组，各 49例。参照组给予琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗，试验组在此基础上给予胺碘酮治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 试验组患者的治疗总有效率为 95.92% ，高于参照组的 75.51%（P＜0.05）；试验组患者短阵室性心动过速发作次数与室性期前收缩总数均少于参照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的心率及 PR 间期明显改善，且试验组患者的心率及 PR 间期均优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 室性心律失常患者应用胺碘酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗的临床效果显著，临床推广价值较高。

Clinical effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate
in the treatment of ventriculararrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods A total of 98 patients with ventricular arrhythmia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 49 cases in each group. The reference group received metoprolol succinate, and the experimental group accepted amiodarone on the basis of the reference group. The clinical effects  were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.92%, which was higher than 75.51% of the control group (P＜0.05).The times of nonsustained ventricular tachycardia and ventricular premature contraction number of the experimental group were less than those of the reference group (P＜0.05). The heart rate and PR interval of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate in patients with ventricular arrhythmia has significant clinical effect, which has high clinical promotion value.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         KEYWORDS: amiodarone; metoprolol succinate; ventricular arrhythmia.
