尿毒清颗粒联合肾康注射液对肾功能衰竭患者的临床效果研究

摘要：

目的 研究尿毒清颗粒联合肾康注射液对肾功能衰竭患者的临床效果。方法 选择 2013年 1月至 2016年 12月在我院进行诊治的 92例肾功能衰竭患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各 46例。对照组静脉注射肾康注射液治疗，观察组采用尿毒清颗粒联合肾康注射液治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的 SOD、AGEs、MDA、AOPP、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量、Scr、NO、ET-1、TC、LDL 及 TG 水平均显著改善，且观察组明显优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 尿毒清颗粒联合肾康注射液可以有效提高肾功能衰竭患者临床疗效，改善其内皮功能和氧化应激状态，调节脂代谢紊乱

Clinical effect of Niaoduqing granules combined with Shenkang injection
in patients with renal failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Niaoduqing granules combined with Shenkang injection in patients with renal failure. Methods From January 2013 to December 2016,92  cases of patients with renal failure who treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group.The control group wastreated with Shenkang injection,and the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing granules combined with Shenkang  injection.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Aftert reatment, the levels of SOD, AGEs, MDA, AOPP, BUN,24h urinary protein, Scr, NO, ET-1, TC,LDL and TG significantly improved in both groups, and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Niaoduqing granules combined with Shenkang injection can effectively increase the clinical effect of patients with renalfailure, improve their endothelial function and oxidative stress,regulate the lipid metabolism disorder.                                                    KEYWORDS: Niaoduqing granules; Shenkang injection; renalfailure
