抢救时间对急诊内科治疗突发性脑出血患者的影响

摘要：

目的 分析抢救时间对急诊内科治疗突发脑出血患者的影响。方法 选取 2015年10月至 2016年11月我院急诊内科收治的突发性脑出血患者 92例，将其分成试验组与对照组，每组46例，试验组抢救时间均约12 min，对照组抢救时间≥12 min，抢救后均送往医院进一步治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果的优良率、抢救成功率，以及治疗后出血量、并发症发生率。结果 试验组患者在优良率、抢救成功率，以及出血量、并发症总发生率等方面均优于对照组，两组数据差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在急诊内科的突发性脑出血患者的治疗中，抢救时间的影响十分显著，应在治疗过程中把握最佳的抢救时间，以取得最佳治疗效果。

Effect of rescue time on the treatment of patients with sudden cerebral
hemorrhage in emergency internal medicine department

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of rescue time on the treatment of patients with sudden cerebral hemorrhage in emergency internal medicine department. Methods Ninety-two patients with sudden cerebral hemorrhage admitted in emergency internal medicine department of our hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were selected,and divided in to experimental group and control group,with 46 cases in eacgroup.The rescue time of the experimental group was < 12min,and the rescue time of the control group was≥12 min. After rescue,the patients of the two groups were sent to hospital for further treatment.The good and excellent rate of the treatment effect,the rescue success rate, the amount of bleeding and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The good and excellent rate of the treatment effect, there scuesuccess rate, the amount of bleeding and the total incidence rate of complications of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of rescue time on patients with sudden cerebral hemorrhage in emergency internal medicine  department is very significant. In the course of treatment, the best rescue time should be grasped to obtain  the best treatment effect.
