习惯性流产患者妊娠后心理护理中循证护理的临床应用

摘要：
目的 研究和分析习惯性流产患者妊娠后心理护理中循证护理的临床应用效果。方法 随机选取2014 年6 月至2017年6 月在我院治疗的习惯性流产患者200 例为观察对象，采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，各100 例。对照组患者采用常规 心理护理方式进行护理，观察组在对照组的基础上加入循证护理，观察对比两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者的护理 总有效率、护理满意度分别为96.00%、98.00%，均明显优于对照组患者的64.00%、73.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 习惯性流产患者妊娠后心理护理中加入循证护理可有效提高患者的治疗效果，减少患者的负面情绪，值得临床推广。

Clinical application of evidence-based nursing in the psychological nursing after pregnancy
in patients with habitual abortion

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical application effect of evidence-based nursing in the psychological nursing after pregnancy in patients with habitual abortion. Methods From June 2014 to June 2017, 200 cases of habitual abortion treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the study objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional psychological nursing, while the observation group accepting evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 96.00% and 98.00% respectively, which were significantly better than 64.00% and 73.00 of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence -based nursing can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients with habitual abortion after pregnancy, reduce negative emotions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
