人性化护理应用于妊娠高血压综合征患者产前检查的价值

摘要：

目的 探讨分析人性化护理应用于妊娠高血压综合征患者产前检查的价值。方法 选取2016 年2 月至12 月来我院就诊 的妊娠高血压综合征的患者96 例，随机分为试验组和对照组，各48 例。在实施相同治疗基础上，对照组予以普通护理措施， 试验组则加施人性化护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 试验组并发症总发生率为10.42%，显著低于对照组的25.00%（P<0.05），剖宫产率为20.83%，显著低于对照组的54.17%（P<0.05）。试验组新生儿阿氏评分8~10 分占比及阿氏平均评分、 窒息率均优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后两组收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前明显降低，试验组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在妊娠高血压综合征患者产前检查中应用人性化护理可取得良好效果，在减少患者并发症的同时对新生儿也有积极作用。

Value of humanistic nursing in prenatal examination of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the value of humanized nursing in prenatal care of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Ninety-six patients with pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from February to December 2016 were enrolled, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 48 cases in each group. In the basis of implementation of same treatment, the control group was given general nursing measures, while the experimental group applied humanized nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was 10.42%, which was significantly lower than 25.00% in the control group (P< 0.05). The rate of cesarean section was 20.83%, which was significantly lower than 54.17% in the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of Apgar score 8-10, average score of Apgar score, asphyxia rate in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups significantly decreased, those in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing applied in the prenatal examination of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension can achieve good results, it can not only reduce the complications, but also has a positive effect on newborns.
