延续性护理对宫颈癌根治术后患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 研究延续性护理对宫颈癌根治术后患者负面情绪以及生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院2014 年1 月至2016 年12 月 收治的100 例宫颈癌根治术后患者，采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组50 例，对照组患者采取基础性护理，观 察组患者在对照组的基础上加以延续性护理，观察比较两组患者护理前、后的负面情绪及生活质量。结果 护理后，观察组的 抑郁自评量表（SAS）、焦虑自评量表（SDS）评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的躯体功能、情感功能、社会功能、总体症状 等生活质量评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 延续性护理能更有效地减少宫颈癌根治术后患者的负面情绪，提高患者 生活质量，值得在临床推广。

Effect of continuing nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after radical operation

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of continuing nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer after radical operation. Methods One hundred cases of patients treated with cervical cancer radical surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to random number method, with 50 cases in each group. The patients of control group were given basic nursing, the patients of observation group were given continuing nursing on the basis of the control group. The negative emotions and quality of life before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, theanxiety self -rating scale (SAS) score and depression self -rating scale (SDS) score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05)；the physical function, emotional function, social function, general symptoms scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively reduce the negative emotion of the patients after radical cervical cancer radical operation and improve the quality of life of the patients, which is worthy of being popularized in clinical practice.
