临床护理路径对胫腓骨骨折术后患者心理弹性的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨临床护理路径（CNP）对胫腓骨骨折术后患者心理弹性的影响。方法 选取我院收治的50 例胫腓骨骨折患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各25 例。对照组予以常规骨折护理模式，观察组实施CNP，两组均为院内护理。比较两组患者的心理弹性及幸福感。结果 两组护理后能力、忍受消极情感、接受变化、控制及精神支持评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组护理后的PA、PE评分较护理前升高，NA和NE评分较护理前降低，观察组上 述指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论CNP 可改善胫腓骨骨折术后患者心理弹性程度和术后幸福感，值得在临床上推广使用。

Effect of clinical nursing pathways on mental elasticity in patients with tibial and fibular fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathways (CNP) on the mental elasticity in patients with tibial and fibular fractures. Methods Fifty cases of tibiofibular fractures admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional fracture nursing mode, while the observation group used CNP, both groups had hospital nursing. The mental elasticity and well-being of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing the scores of ability, enduring negative feelings, receiving change, control and mental support were higher than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of PA and PE after nursing in both groups were higher than those before nursing, while the NA and NE scores were lower than those before nursing, and the above indexes in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion CNP can improve the
postoperative mental elasticity and well-being in patients with tibiofibular fractures, it is worth to promote the clinical use.
