人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 探讨人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 将80 例老年下肢骨折患者随机分为观察 组和对照组，每组40 例。观察组采用人性化护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者的SAS、SDS 评分、护理满意度及并发 症发生率。结果 护理后，两组SAS 及SDS 评分均降低，观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照 组（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者的护理中效果确 切，有利于手术的顺利进行，改善患者情绪，提高患者对护理的满意度。

Application effect of humanistic nursing in operation room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in operation room of elderly patients with lower extremity fractures. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with lower limb fractures were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with humanistic nursing. The control group was treated with conventional nursing. The SAS, SDS scores, patients`` nursing satisfaction and comlications of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in both groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures has exact effect, and it is conducive to the smooth operation, to improve patients`` mood, and improve patients`` nursing satisfaction.
