老年股骨颈骨折护理中延续性护理的应用效果

摘要：
目的 研究老年股骨颈骨折护理中延续性护理的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的70 例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象，按照 护理方法将所有患者分为研究组和对照组，每组35 例。对照组患者采用常规护理，研究组患者在对照组基础上给予延续性 护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 与对照组比较，研究组护理后生活质量各项评分及焦虑、抑郁评分明显优于对照 组（P<0.05）；研究组的并发症总发生率为2.86%，明显低于对照组的22.86%（P<0.05）；护理后，研究组的HSS 及Harris 评分 明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 老年股骨颈骨折护理中延续性护理的应用效果显著，值得推广应用。

Application effect of continuous nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application effect of continuous nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Seventy cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted in our hospital were selected, and divided into study group and control group according to the nursing methods, with 35 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of quality of life, anxiety and depression of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of complications of the study group was 2.86%, which was lower than 22.86% of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the HSS and Harris scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture has remarkable application effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
