院外延续护理对提高慢阻肺患者戒烟依从性的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨院外延续护理对慢阻肺患者戒烟依从性的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016 年1 月至2016 年12 月收治的120例慢 阻肺患者，根据不同护理方式将其分为研究组和对照组，每组60 例。研究组患者采取院外延续护理，对照组患者采取常规护 理。比较两种护理方式对慢阻肺患者戒烟依从性的影响。结果 研究组患者戒烟干预3、6个月的戒烟率均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者戒烟知识掌握情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 院外延续护理可提高慢阻肺患者戒烟依从性，改善患者肺功能，缓解病情，促使患者身体康复。

Clinical effect of continue nursing after discharge in improving smoking cessation compliance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of continue nursing after discharge in improving smoking cessation compliance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The study group received continue nursing after discharge, and the control group accepted routine nursing. The effects of the two nursing methods on smoking cessation compliance were compared. Results The rates of smoking cessation in the study group after smoking cessation for 3 and 6 months were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The knowledge of smoking cessation in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursingafter discharge can improve the smoking cessation compliance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it can improve the pulmonary function, relieve the disease, and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
