剖宫产围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理措施和效果

摘要：

目的 探讨剖宫产围术期预防下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的护理措施和效果。方法 选择本院接收治疗的126 例剖宫 产产妇，以便利抽样法分为对照组和护理组，各63 例。对照组患者采取围术期常规护理，护理组患者采取DVT 专项预见性 护理，对两组产妇护理效果进行观察对比。结果 护理组患者的PT、TT、住院时间短于对照组，FIB 及D-D 水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。护理组患者的DVT 发生率为6.35%（4/63），低于对照组的20.63%（13/63）（χ2=5.508，P=0.019）。结论 采取预见性护 理可降低剖宫产产妇围术期D-D 水平，减少血液高凝风险，从而降低DVT 发生率，缩短住剖宫产围手术期；下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）；护理措施院时间。

Nursing measures and effect in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of perioperative period in caesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of perioperative period in caesarean section. Methods A total of 126 cases of cesarean section receiving treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and nursing group according to the convenient sampling method, with 63 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing, and patients in the nursing group took DVT special predictive nusing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Patients in the nursing group had shorter PT, TT, and hospital stay, lower FIB and D-D levels than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of DVT in the nursing group was 6.35% (4/63), which was lower than 20.63% (13/63) in the control group (χ2= 5.508, P=0.019). Conclusion Predictive nursing can reduce the level of D-D in perioperative period of cesarean section and reduce the risk of hypercoagulability, thus reduce the incidence of DVT and shorten the hospitalization time.
